Q01What is Livin’ Green?

A sustainability feature in Livin’ Sukha, inside the Livin’ by Mandiri app. Calculate your carbon footprint, contribute to tree planting or buy SPE-GRK carbon certificates, and track your impact.

Q02Who plants my trees, and where?

Conservation partner Jejakin plants them at sites Jejakin recommends and Bank Mandiri selects. Jejakin reports progress once a year for three years, in Livin’ Green and by email. The footprint is converted to trees using an eight-year growth assumption.

Q03What is SPE-GRK?

Sertifikat Pengurangan Emisi Gas Rumah Kaca, a greenhouse gas emission reduction certificate. Each unit represents a measured, reported, and verified emission reduction from a project, recorded in Indonesia’s national climate registry (SRN PPI). This program uses PLTP Lahendong Units 5 and 6, a geothermal plant operated by PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy in North Sulawesi (2 × 20 MW, about 181,030 tCO₂e per year).

Q04What do I receive after buying SPE-GRK?

An electronic certificate in Livin’ Green and by email once payment is confirmed. The name on it follows what you enter, so check it before you pay.

Q05Is SPE-GRK verified?

Yes. It is verified by a third party, recorded in SRN PPI, and traded through IDXCarbon, Indonesia’s official carbon exchange. Once retired, it can’t be reused or traded.
