TERMS & CONDITIONS

    1. General Terms

      1. Participants must complete all registration forms on the checkout page before making a purchase transaction.
      2. Ticket prices are subject to change without prior notice. Participants are advised to regularly review any changes. By purchasing tickets, participants are deemed to have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to such changes.
      3. Participants may participate in the event upon successful transaction and receipt of an E-Voucher sent via email.
      4. In one transaction, participants can purchase a maximum of 1 (one) ticket.
      5. Tickets can only be purchased through https://bintan-marathon.com website and the Sukha menu in the Livin’ by Bank Mandiri app Tickets obtained from unofficial and/or counterfeit sources will be invalid. The organizers are not responsible for any fraudulent ticket purchases made through other parties.
      6. Purchased tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any reason.
      7. By purchasing tickets, the ticket owner agrees to abide by all applicable Terms & Conditions for the Mandiri Bintan Marathon 2024.

       

    2. Specific Terms

      1. Full Marathon and Half Marathon Categories
        The age limit per category is based on the participant’s age as of November 3, 2024, with a minimum age of 17.

      2. 2.⁠ ⁠10K and 5K Fun Run Categories
        The 10K and 5K Fun Run categories are for individual participants aged 13 and above.

      3. 3K Family Kids Run Category
         a. The 3K Family Kids Run is a package for 2 people in pairs, consisting of 1 adult (parent/guardian) and 1 child (aged 3 to 12 years).
         b. During race pack collection, participants will receive 1 (one) E-Voucher valid for 2 people in pairs: 1 adult with 1 child.
      4. Mandiri Bintan Marathon – 3K Family Kids Run – KEPRI Category
         a. The 3K Family Kids Run is a package for 2 people in pairs: 1 adult (parent/guardian) and 1 child (aged 3 to 12 years).
         b. During race pack collection, participants will receive 1 (one) E-Voucher valid for 2 people in pairs: 1 adult with 1 child.
         c. This ticket is specifically for purchasers with Kepulauan Riau ID cards. For non-Indonesian citizens (WNA), please refer to https://bintan-marathon.com
      5. Tickets purchased with non-Kepulauan Riau IDs will not be valid.

       

    3. Ticket Delivery

      1. E-Vouchers will be sent via email to participants approximately 5-10 minutes after a successful payment.
      2. E-Vouchers will only be sent via email to participants from notification@moflip.com.
      3. E-Vouchers will be sent via email approximately 5-10 minutes after a successful payment.
      4. If there are issues with the delivery of E-Vouchers, participants should contact email notification@moflip.com immediately.

       

    4. Refund, Cancellation, or Change Policy

      1. In case of event cancellation by the organizer/promoter, refund options will be provided to participants following procedures sent via email.
      2. In case of event cancellation by the organizer/promoter, ticket administration fees, payment fees, or other personal expenses (e.g., travel costs, accommodation fees, etc.) will not be refunded and remain the responsibility of the participant.
      3. The organizer reserves the right to change the event date. If a participant is unable to attend on the revised date, they have three weeks to notify the organizer in writing via email from the date the change is announced to receive a registration fee refund (minus administrative fees).
      4. The organizer reserves the right to change the event format as per their policy or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond their control. In case of cancellation, the organizer will issue a full refund without further liability for any consequences of the cancellation.

      6. Participation in Mandiri Bintan Marathon 2024 is non-transferable and can only be attended by the ticket owner as stated on the purchase E-Voucher.

       

    5. Race Pack Collection

      1. Race pack collection requires presenting the official Mandiri Bintan Marathon 2024 E-Voucher and valid identification documents of the ticket owner. Date: November 2, 2024 Time: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM WIB Location: Lagoi Bay / Plaza Lagoi – Bintan Resorts
      2. Race pack collection cannot be delegated to another participant or third party.
